Rock Eyes (USA)

‘Violent Clash’ starts things off with pure trash metal. It’s hard to believe this is just a trio by listening to the CD. Track-two ‘Shining God’s Hands’ is hard-edged metal that has catchy lyric and some great riffs by Ganzz. ’Get over Time’ is the outstanding track on the CD. Keiko shows off her true vocals on this song. She is melodic, sexy and could be a force in the metal world. Mad Machine has it all going on and I look forward to hearing a lot more from this band in the future.

MAD MACHINE from Japan deliver us a very strong debut - a self-titled mini CD. The band, formed around the front-woman (!) Keiko, recorded four tracks full of energy and power.

Thrash Metal, sometimes combined with classic Power Metal, is the speciality of MAD MACHINE. The album starts with two mighty thrash-grenades with walls of guitar riffs and double bass attacking thunder. Especially "Shining God's Hands" is very impressive. The next song "Get Over Time" slows down a bit, but stays unbelievably heavy at the same time. The last song "Reconstruction Of Chaos" is a bombastic masterpiece. Here Keiko`s vocals sound as aggressive as DORO in the good old WARLOCK times. They remind me also of old FATES WARNING with John Arch. The both instrumentalists: Ganzz (g., b.) and Valan (dr.) are real masters of their work, too.

In MAD MACHINE`s music you can hear their inspirations: EXODUS, OVERKILL, TESTAMENT and sometimes HAMMERFALL.

Bright Eyes (GER)

The songs are embossed by powerful dynamics. The fast rhythm guitars and the double bass attacks of the drums show the professionalism of the band.
